What We’re Looking For:
We are hiring for two types of candidates:
- Experienced Instructor
Must have at least 3 years of instructor experience delivering technical or safety training in an industrial or construction environment. - Experienced Crane Operator Transitioning Into Training
Must have 10 years of crane operation experience and be interested in becoming an instructor.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver NCCCO-approved training for crane operators and rigging personnel
- Provide classroom instruction and hands-on practical demonstrations
- Train students on crane operation, rigging practices, and heavy lift procedures
- Promote safe work practices and industry compliance
- Support trainees in preparing for NCCCO certification requirements
Requirements:
- Experience in crane operation, rigging practices, and heavy lift procedures
- NCCCO certifications preferred
- Technical or safety training experience preferred for instructor-level candidates
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to teach in both classroom and hands-on environments
Salary : $25 - $30
