The ideal candidate will be responsible for quoting and closing sales while delivering a high level of customer service to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams. Duties include responding to customer inquiries, providing product specifications, applications, and lifecycle information, and assisting customers in determining the best solutions for their needs.
This role involves managing online inventory systems, handling frequent email communication, and providing accurate information on product availability and pricing. The Inside Sales Representative will also proactively contact prospects to identify key decision-makers, qualify leads, and move opportunities through the sales pipeline. Additional responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and product changes, preparing activity reports for management, and collaborating closely with support, account management, business development, and other internal teams.
Candidates must be highly detail-oriented, adaptable in a fast-paced environment, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. A bachelor’s degree in a business-related or technical field is preferred.
