Tru Living Recovery is seeking a part-time Office Assistant to help manage the facility during the evening hours. This role is perfectly suited for someone dedicated to supporting individuals in recovery and making a positive, lasting impact on their lives.
Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. This position is perfect for someone looking to earn extra cash or supplement their income while developing valuable office and administrative skills. The role involves both general office duties and responsibilities related to drug and alcohol testing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform drug and alcohol testing procedures accurately and confidentially.
- Handle general office tasks including data entry and filing.
- Maintain and update records in compliance with company policies.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the overall operation of the office.
Qualifications:
- Excellent people skills and the ability to communicate clearly.
- Basic computer skills including familiarity with MS Office (Word and Excel).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in office administration or related duties is a plus, but not required.
Hours: Monday - Thursday, 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 / hr
