We are seeking a dedicated Part Time Night Auditor / Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. Duties
- Manage night audit procedures, including balancing accounts and preparing financial reports
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out processes
- Handle guest inquiries via phone and in person with professionalism and courtesy
- Operate multi-line phone systems and maintain excellent phone etiquette
- Provide exceptional guest services, addressing guest needs and resolving issues promptly
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and modifications
- Ensure the safety and security of the hotel premises during overnight hours
- Assist with administrative tasks related to front desk operations and hotel management
- Uphold cleanliness and organization of the front desk area to promote a welcoming environment
Qualifications
- Previous hotel management or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively
- Knowledge of night audit procedures and hotel management systems is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and experience with multi-line phone systems
- Ability to handle guest relations professionally, demonstrating patience and empathy
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts on a part-time basis, including weekends and holidays as needed
- Hospitality management background or resort experience is a plus
