Responsibilities

• Operate laundry equipment efficiently to wash, dry, fold, and iron linens, towels, and guest clothing with precision and care
• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, vacuuming carpets, dusting surfaces, and sanitizing bathrooms to uphold cleanliness standards
• Handle dry cleaning services for delicate or special items as needed, ensuring proper care and handling
• Maintain inventory of linens and cleaning supplies, notifying management when stock levels are low
• Follow established safety protocols when using cleaning chemicals and laundry machinery to ensure a safe working environment
• Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans in guest areas to uphold hygiene standards
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely room turnovers and overall cleanliness throughout the property

Experience

• Previous experience in laundry operations or housekeeping within a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred but not required
• Familiarity with laundry equipment and cleaning tools is advantageous
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of proper handling of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures is a plus

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
