As a Breakfast Attendant, you will play a crucial role in creating a delightful morning experience for our guests. You'll be responsible for ensuring that the breakfast area is clean, well-stocked, and inviting, while also providing exceptional customer service that leaves a lasting impression.
What you'll do
- Prepare and present a variety of breakfast foods, ensuring quality and freshness.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, utensils, and food stations.
- Engage with guests to provide outstanding customer service, addressing any inquiries or special requests.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately for any transactions related to breakfast services.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down breakfast service, including bussing tables and restocking supplies as needed.
- Monitor food safety standards to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation and delivery of food items.
Basic qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
Preferred qualifications
- Kitchen experience with a focus on food preparation and cooking techniques.
- Familiarity with various POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
- Experience in banquet services or catering environments.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations.
