Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere.
- Manage front desk operations including checking in and out guests, handling reservations, and processing payments.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding services, appointments, and general information.
- Maintain accurate records of appointments and client information using computerized systems.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
- Uphold confidentiality standards regarding patient information in compliance with regulations.
- Provide support for customer service issues, resolving concerns promptly and professionally.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or in a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Google Workspace and other relevant software applications.
- Familiarity with medical or dental receptionist duties is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
