Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast Attendant to join our hospitality team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests during breakfast service. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional guest services, ensuring cleanliness, and assisting with food preparation to deliver a delightful dining experience. Prefer serv safe certificate.
Duties
- Set up and maintain the breakfast area, ensuring it is clean and well-stocked with food items and supplies.
- Prepare and present breakfast items according to established standards, ensuring quality and freshness.
- Provide excellent guest relations by greeting guests warmly, assisting with their needs, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for any transactions related to breakfast services.
- Buss tables promptly after guests finish their meals to maintain a tidy dining environment.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations while preparing food and serving guests.
Experience
- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and meal presentation is a plus.
- Strong communication skills are essential for effective interaction with guests and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality service.
