Tru by Hilton St Augustine I95 is seeking associates to join our housekeeping team! A proven track record of reliability, attention to detail, and customer service are a must. Experience is not necessary, but a plus. Saturday & Sunday availability required.
Full-Time or Part-Time available. 1 weekend day required for part time.
Major Function:
Responsible for the cleanliness, arrangement, and supply of guest rooms to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction possible
Essential Function:
- Provide the highest level of service to the guest at all times
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing a clean, sanitary, and inviting hotel room for the guest
- Clean rooms following the company housekeeping guidelines within an eight hour day while maintaining established standards
- Inspect room for maintenance needs and report on maintenance service requests
- Empty and clean vacuums
- Keep cart stocked, neat, clean and orderly
- Report room status throughout the day; Complete assignment sheets
- Repeated bending, stooping and lifting/moving weights up to 30 lbs. as well as prolonged standing/walking
- Provide assistance to other Hotel Associates to contribute to the smooth operation of the department and hotel
- All other duties as assigned by a supervisor, of which you are capable

Experience:
- Cleaning: 1 year (Preferred)
- Hotel Housekeeping: 1 year (Preferred)
