Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and professional customer service throughout their stay
• Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using hotel management software
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and professionalism to ensure guest satisfaction
• Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing and reservations
• Monitor multi-line phone systems to respond promptly to guest calls and internal communications
• Maintain security by overseeing access to the hotel during overnight hours and conducting routine safety checks
• Prepare shift reports detailing daily activities, incidents, and financial transactions for management review
• Assist with administrative tasks such as updating guest records, managing reservations, and coordinating with housekeeping or maintenance teams
• Uphold phone etiquette standards and ensure clear communication with guests and team members at all times
• Support guest relations efforts by providing local information, concierge services, and personalized assistance when needed

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations preferred
• Strong customer service skills with a passion for guest satisfaction
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively
• Familiarity with hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems required
• Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and professional demeanor
• Ability to handle night audit responsibilities accurately while maintaining attention to detail
• Previous hotel experience or resort background is advantageous but not mandatory
• Ability to work independently during overnight shifts with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of hospitality industry standards related to guest services and guest relations
