Duties

• Prepare and cook breakfast dishes with precision and creativity, ensuring high-quality standards are met consistently
• Assist in menu planning for breakfast offerings, incorporating variety and dietary considerations
• Handle food preparation tasks such as chopping, mixing, plating, and portioning with excellent knife skills and attention to detail
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering strictly to food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Serve guests efficiently with a friendly attitude, ensuring their breakfast experience is enjoyable and seamless
• Manage food handling procedures, including storage, temperature control, and inventory management
• Support catering or special event meal preparations as needed, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork

Qualifications

• Previous experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is highly desirable
• Proven culinary experience in fine dining or restaurant settings, with strong food preparation and cooking skills
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Experience with menu planning, meal preparation, and food service operations
• Skilled in food industry practices such as catering, serving, and kitchen management
• Excellent knife skills and proficiency in various cooking techniques
• Strong understanding of dietary restrictions and accommodating special dietary needs
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Prior experience in food industry roles such as restaurant or catering service is preferred
