Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership: Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations including Front Desk, Housekeeping, Breakfast, and Maintenance to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, coach, and motivate team members to maintain Hilton's service and brand standards.
- Guest Experience: Handle guest interactions and service recovery promptly and professionally, turning every challenge into an opportunity to exceed expectations.
- Financial Management: Assist in managing daily, weekly, and monthly financial performances-including labor costs, inventory control, and expense management - to achieve profitability goals.
- Brand Compliance: Ensure adherence to all Hilton brand standards, QA requirements, and local health and safety regulations.
- Scheduling and Payroll: Support staff scheduling, timecard approvals, and payroll accuracy.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain daily logs, review occupancy reports, assist with group reservations, and ensure accurate reporting.
- Quality & Cleanliness: Conduct regular property inspections, ensure all public spaces, and guest rooms meet Hilton's cleanliness and maintenance standards.
- Community Engagement: Support local marketing efforts, community partnerships, and special events to drive awareness and build relationships.
- Manager on Duty (MOD): Serve as the acting General Manager during absence, ensuring seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hotel operations of supervisory experience (Hilton or select experience preferred)
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Working knowledge of hotel systems and Microsoft Office (PEP experience preferred).
- Must be able to work a combination of mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs dictate.
