Duties
- Perform nightly audits of all financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with hotel policies.

- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, utilizing effective phone etiquette.
- Maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations.
- Prepare daily reports summarizing occupancy rates, revenue, and other key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery throughout the hotel.
- Ensure the security of the hotel premises during night shifts by monitoring surveillance systems and conducting regular checks.
Qualifications
