Housekeeping Supervisor - Weekends **MUST

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at TRU By Hilton Albany Crossgates Mall. This role is essential in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction during weekend shifts. The ideal candidate will lead housekeeping staff with strong organizational skills and a commitment to excellence.

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the housekeeping team during weekend shifts.
• Ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas meet hotel cleanliness standards.
• Train, motivate, and evaluate housekeeping staff to achieve optimal performance.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linens, placing orders as necessary.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve any housekeeping-related issues efficiently.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Prepare and submit reports as required by management.

• Previous experience in housekeeping or supervisory role, preferably in a hotel environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work weekends is mandatory.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills for reporting and scheduling.

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas
• Change linens, make beds, restock supplies
• Follow all safety and cleaning procedures
• Report maintenance or safety concerns
• Keep housekeeping carts and work areas organized
• Provide friendly, professional customer service
• Work independently and with the housekeeping team

• Hotel housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred, but no experience required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Must be available for weekends, nights, and holidays
