We’re looking for a reliable and safety-focused Delivery Driver to support our operations by transporting oversized and heavy-duty materials to active job sites. This role is critical to keeping projects on schedule and ensuring materials arrive safely and efficiently. You’ll be operating a 24-foot stake bed truck and working closely with our production and warehouse teams.

What You’ll Do

Deliver with Precision: Safely transport heavy and oversized materials, including glass, framing systems, and hardware, to job sites across the Greater Los Angeles area.

Load & Secure Materials: Properly secure fragile and high-value loads using straps, chains, and padding to prevent damage during transit.

Coordinate Site Deliveries: Work with General Contractors and Site Superintendents to ensure safe and efficient unloading at active construction sites.

Operate Equipment: Use liftgates, pallet jacks, and forklifts (as needed) to load and unload materials.

Maintain Vehicle Safety: Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, ensuring the truck is in proper working condition at all times.

Stay Compliant: Follow all DOT regulations, California driving laws, and company safety protocols.

Communicate Effectively: Provide real-time updates to the Production Manager regarding delivery status, delays, or issues.

Handle Documentation: Accurately complete Bills of Lading (BOL), delivery receipts, and site documentation.

Support Warehouse Operations: Assist with inventory organization and order pulling during downtime.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone dependable, safety-driven, and experienced with heavy-load transportation.

• Experience operating a 24’ stake bed truck or similar commercial vehicle
• Strong understanding of load securement and handling fragile materials (glass experience is a plus)
• Ability to work in fast-paced construction environments and navigate tight job sites
• Familiarity with DOT regulations and commercial driving requirements
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Ability to lift and maneuver heavy materials throughout the day
• Valid driver’s license (Class B preferred, or Class C with heavy-load experience)
• Clean driving record
