Our client in Williamston, SC is looking for an Electrical-Mechanical Maintenance Technician to join their 1st shift team. In this hands-on role, you'll support equipment uptime and troubleshoot machinery with a strong focus on electrical systems—all while maintaining a safe and reliable work environment.
Job Title: Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician
Duration: Full time/Direct hire
Shift: 1st shift: 6am – 4:30pm (M-Th)
Location: Williamston, SC
Pay: $31-38/hr
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and repair stamping presses, PLCs, drives, and motors
Maintain equipment and facilities with emphasis on electrical circuits
Interpret ladder logic and machine manuals
Perform preventive maintenance and annual inspections
Install, rebuild, and fabricate machinery as needed
Requirements:
5 years of experience in industrial maintenance
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong electrical and mechanical skills
- Familiarity with PLCs (Allen Bradley, Omron, Siemens), hydraulics, and fabrication
- Ability to read schematics, use multimeters, and follow LOTO procedures
- Must provide own tools
- Able to lift 35 lbs and obtain forklift/crane certification
