Construction Site Manager II
Millersburg, Oregon / 12-Month Contract Assignment
TRS Staffing is seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager II to support a major industrial manufacturing expansion project in the Pacific Northwest. This role is ideal for a proven construction leader with experience managing large-scale capital projects in industrial, manufacturing, chemical, metals, energy, or heavy industrial environments. Based on project assignment details provided for the Millersburg, Oregon site, the position is expected to support a project of approximately 12 months.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day construction site activities to ensure safe and efficient project execution.
- Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, and field teams.
- Monitor project progress, productivity, schedule, and quality performance.
- Ensure compliance with site safety requirements and established procedures.
- Manage construction planning, work sequencing, and resource allocation.
- Resolve field issues and coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project management teams.
- Support project reporting, forecasting, and stakeholder communications.
- Drive a culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent construction management experience.
- Significant experience managing industrial construction projects.
- Background in manufacturing, industrial facilities, metals, mining, chemical, power, oil & gas, or heavy industrial projects.
- Demonstrated leadership of large craft workforces and contractors.
- Strong understanding of construction execution, safety programs, scheduling, and cost control.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
