Duties
- Engage in outside sales activities to identify and pursue new client leads within designated territories, utilizing cold calling, networking, and targeted marketing strategies.
- Manage existing accounts by providing personalized customer service, conducting product demonstrations, and upselling premium yacht options to maximize client satisfaction and revenue.
- Develop and implement effective business development plans to expand market presence and increase sales volume through B2B (business-to-business) relationships with brokers, marinas, and industry stakeholders.
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage client interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
- Conduct detailed product demos showcasing yacht features, technical specifications, and customization options to prospective buyers.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing terms, and delivery schedules with clients while maintaining professionalism and transparency throughout the process.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling campaigns that generate lead flow and enhance brand visibility within the luxury yachting sector.
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, management, or business development within high-value markets such as luxury goods or marine industries.

Pay: $51,435.98 - $250,000.00 per year
