Responsibilities
- Operate CNC mills and lathes according to established procedures.
- Load and unload materials and machine components.
- Deburr finished parts and saw materials to specifications.
- Monitor equipment and make basic operational adjustments.
- Inspect finished parts using measuring tools to ensure quality standards.
- Identify and report equipment malfunctions or quality concerns.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and routine machine maintenance.
- Maintain accurate production records and a clean, safe work environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous CNC machining experience preferred but not required.
- Experience operating Haas CNC mills or lathes is a plus.
- Basic math, measurement, and mechanical skills.
- Ability to follow written instructions and established procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Dependable attendance, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
Position Details
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $23.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM
Lunch: 30-minute unpaid lunch break
Location: Clarksville, TN (In Person)
