Responsibilities
- Operate CNC mills and lathes according to established procedures and work instructions.
- Load and unload materials and machine components.
- Deburr finished parts and cut materials to required specifications.
- Monitor machines and make basic operational adjustments.
- Inspect finished parts using measuring tools to ensure quality standards.
- Identify and report equipment malfunctions or production issues.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and routine machine maintenance.
- Maintain accurate production records and a clean, safe work environment.
- Follow company safety procedures and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous CNC machining experience preferred but not required.
- Experience operating Haas CNC mills or lathes is a plus.
- Basic math, measurement, and mechanical skills.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Dependable attendance, punctuality, and commitment to quality.
Position Details
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Location: Clarksville, TN
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM
Lunch: 30-minute unpaid lunch break
Work Location: In Person
Reports To: Machine Shop Manager/Supervisor
