This is a full-time, on-site position for a Medical Receptionist based in Troy, MI. The Medical Receptionist will handle daily front desk operations, including greeting patients, answering phone calls, managing appointment scheduling, and maintaining efficient patient flow. Additional responsibilities include verifying insurance, updating medical records, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the office.
- Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and maintaining accurate calendars
- Strong Phone Etiquette and ability to communicate professionally in person and via telephone
- Experience with Receptionist Duties and providing exceptional administrative support
- Knowledge of Medical Terminology and familiarity with processes in a Medical Office environment
- Proficiency in using office management software and basic computer skills
