Customer Service Associate - Bilingual Spanish

Pay Range: $20-$22 per hour
Schedule: Onsite, Monday through Friday

In this role, you'll manage customer communications, coordinate order fulfillment, and support strategic initiatives that drive our company's success. What You’ll Do:

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, handling inquiries via email and phone with professionalism and empathy.
• Assist the Director of Sales with customer visits, volume reviews, and sales campaigns to foster strong client relationships.
• Enter customer orders into our ERP system accurately, coordinating with warehouse teams to ensure seamless picking and shipping.
• Generate and verify documentation such as pallet tags, bills of lading, packing slips, and Certificates of Analysis, ensuring all lot information is precise.
• Monitor inventory levels, collaborate with production on availability, and proactively resolve any logistics or customer issues to prevent escalation.

Required Skills:

• 3–5 years of customer service or office experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong computer literacy, with excellent typing skills; experience with ERP and inventory management systems preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in documentation, labeling, and lot tracking.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is essential.
• Ability to multitask effectively and communicate clearly in a fast-paced setting.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior experience working in food manufacturing or handling products related to spices.
• Familiarity with safety procedures and PPE protocols for warehouse access.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional post-secondary education is a plus.
• Experience working in a manufacturing or logistics environment is highly desirable.

Other Requirements:

• No safety equipment or PPE required while in the office.
• PPE will be provided when visiting the warehouse occasionally.
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
• Compensation: $20-$22 per hour.
