Duties:
- Plan, organize, and manage daily production schedules to meet output goals and delivery timelines.
- Monitor and evaluate production performance to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production flow and alignment with company goals.
- Enforce and maintain quality control standards to ensure product consistency and compliance.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve production challenges efficiently.
- Lead, train, and motivate team members to achieve optimal performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in production or manufacturing management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a collaborative approach.
- Proficiency with production management systems and tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
