Lead Dental Assistant / EFDA Required

Schedule & Work Environment

• Four-day workweek with a consistent three-day weekend
• No evenings or weekends

Qualifications & Skills

• Certified Dental Assistant is required
• Expanded Functions certification REQUIRED
• Previous dental office experience REQUIRED
• Current X-ray certification required
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure with frequent interruptions and changing priorities
• Consistent punctuality and reliable attendance
• Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and a professional appearance

Licensure/Certification

• EFDA highly preferred
