Role Summary
This is a senior QA leader role where you:
- Manage ERP testing end-to-end
- Coordinate multiple teams
- Ensure system is ready before go-live
You are the person in charge of testing the entire Oracle ERP system before it goes live.
Must-Have Skills
- Oracle Cloud ERP testing (Finance and/or SCM)
- Strong experience in SIT, UAT, End-to-End testing
- Knowledge of business flows:
- Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
- Order-to-Cash (O2C)
- Record-to-Report (R2R)
- Integration testing (APIs, OIC, data migration)
- Test management tools (Jira / ADO / ALM)
- Automation awareness (Selenium / Tosca – at least oversight level)
- Strong client handling & vendor management
Important to Know
- You’ll be the main QA leader (client-facing role)
- Manage multiple teams (onsite offshore)
- Own test strategy, planning, and release decisions (Go/No-Go)
- Ensure quality, compliance (SOX), and reporting
- Handle large ERP programs (complex integrations)
