Position Requirements
What You?ll Do
- Coordinate purchase orders and vendor communication
- Track inventory and maintain purchasing records
- Maintain spreadsheets and internal tracking systems
- Request and compare pricing from vendors and suppliers
- Help source vendors and manage supplier relationships
- Assist in improving purchasing and inventory processes
- Support operational projects and procurement initiatives
- Ensure documentation and data accuracy across systems
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Self-starter who works well with minimal supervision
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong communication and follow-through
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and tracking information
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
