Are you a strong restaurant leader who enjoys building teams, creating great guest experiences, and running a clean, fast-paced café? Tropical Smoothie Cafe is looking for a General Manager to lead our team in Benton Harbor, MI.
We are looking for someone who is positive, dependable, organized, and ready to take ownership of the café. The right candidate will lead by example, coach team members, control costs, and make sure our guests receive fast, friendly service every time.
What You’ll Do
Lead and motivate the café team
Hire, train, and develop crew members and shift leaders
Manage scheduling, labor, food cost, and daily operations
Maintain high standards for cleanliness, food safety, and product quality
Create a fun and welcoming atmosphere for guests and team members
Handle guest concerns quickly and professionally
Ensure Tropical Smoothie Cafe brand standards are followed every day
Help grow sales and build relationships in the community
What We’re Looking For
Restaurant management experience required
Fast-casual or quick-service experience preferred
Strong people skills and leadership ability
Ability to coach, train, and hold team members accountable
Dependable, professional, and organized
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Flexible availability, including weekends
