Job Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Completely Cleans all dishes and cleans every surface in the dish pit
  • Resets triple sink for the next sink 
  • Scrubs rice makers inside and out


Physical Job Requirements

  • Able to stand for long periods of time
  • Physical dexterity required to clean work areas
  • Able to work in hot kitchen environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
