Order Processing / Customer Service Representative
Full-Time | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM | In-Person | Competitive Pay Based on Experience
Join our 75-year-old, family-owned awards and promotional products company! We’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented team player to be the first point of contact for our customers—by phone, email, and in person.
You’ll:
Process orders accurately and enter them into QuickBooks.
Help customers choose the right products for their needs.
Coordinate with our production team and track materials.
Manage multiple projects and occasional rush orders with a smile.
You have:
Office experience (not just retail or warehouse) and strong computer skills.
Professional, friendly communication—spoken and written—with correct grammar/spelling.
Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to prioritize.
Local availability to work full-time, in person.
