Business Development Representative

Salary Range: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Annual Base Salary Commission

Professional experience in a sales or business development role.

Strong organizational habits and the ability to manage your own calendar effectively.

Excellent verbal communication skills with a focus on building rapport.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Ability to commute daily to our Stephenville office.

Familiarity with local businesses and the Texas insurance landscape is a plus.

Comfort with learning and using digital sales management tools.

Identify and build relationships with local business owners who need tailored insurance protection.

Schedule meetings and conduct discovery calls to understand the specific risks our clients face.

Present custom insurance solutions that provide peace of mind and financial security.

Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and outreach efforts.

Collaborate with our internal underwriting team to ensure clients receive precise and helpful guidance.

Represent Trophy Insurance Solutions at local networking events and community gatherings in and around Stephenville.
