Trophy Exteriors is hiring Roofing Sales Representatives in Beaumont, TX.
All experience levels are welcome. No roofing experience is required. Training is provided.
If you’re motivated, comfortable talking with homeowners, and ready to build a career in sales, we want to meet you.
Experienced candidates with backgrounds in roofing, bartending, car sales, solar, home improvement, direct sales, or in-home sales may be considered for accelerated advancement opportunities.

Qualified candidates can move quickly into onboarding, with new-hire onboarding held Mondays and Thursdays.

As a Roofing Sales Rep, you will be immediately showing homeowners concerns about their roofs. Educating homeowners on their roof’s health. This will be fostering the beginning of their pipeline. We generate leads by meeting homeowners and meeting them where they are located. If you’re confident talking to people, like being active, and want a real path forward and want to transition to a higher career path this is the role for you! Our highest earners have been consistently on track for earnings between $100k - $350k .
Schedule
- On-site role
- Monday–Friday - Alternating Saturdays
- Availability between 10am–7:30 pm (CST)
- No overnight travel - No solo travel
- Work outdoors and stay active
Requirements
- Comfortable talking to clients face-to-face
- Comfortable speaking with long term homeowners
- A positive attitude
- A strong desire to succeed
- Professionalism
- Great communications skills
- High school diploma or GED
- A valid drivers license and reliable personal transportation
- Ability to work 40 hrs between 10am - 7pm (CST) , Mon - Fri - Alternating Saturday
