Trophy Exteriors is hiring for two sales career paths:

Entry-Level Roofing Sales Representative For motivated people who want to learn sales, work with homeowners, generate appointments, and grow into a high-income closing role.

Senior Roofing Sales Representative / In-Home Closer For experienced sales professionals who know how to present solutions, overcome objections, discuss pricing and financing, and close high-ticket home improvement projects.

Entry-Level Sales

No roofing or sales experience required. We train you.

You’ll learn how to:

• Talk with homeowners face-to-face
• Identify roofing concerns
• Schedule inspection appointments
• Perform basic ground-level inspections
• Generate and manage leads
• Follow up with homeowners
• Develop roofing, sales, and closing skills

Senior Sales / In-Home Closer

This role is for experienced sales professionals who are comfortable sitting with homeowners, presenting high-ticket solutions, discussing financing, overcoming objections, and closing the sale.

We especially want to talk to candidates with experience in:

• In-home sales
• One-call closing
• Roofing
• Pest control
• Solar
• Windows and doors
• Remodeling
• Home improvement
• Financing-based sales
• High-ticket sales

What You’ll Do

• Meet with homeowners
• Inspect roofing and exterior needs
• Present estimates and project options
• Explain pricing and financing
• Build value and overcome objections
• Close contracts
• Follow up with open opportunities
• Work with production and operations after the sale

Senior Sales Compensation

• $3,000 Sign-On Bonus*
• Uncapped commission
• Performance bonuses
• Weekly pay
• Proven first-year earning potential of $100,000–$150,000
• Top performers can earn $250,000–$500,000 annually

Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Professional attitude
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to work in-person and outdoors
• Ability to work directly with homeowners

Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday–Friday
• Alternating Saturdays
• Availability generally between 10:00 AM–7:30 PM
• Local field work
• No overnight travel
