Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and execute menu items to Alpine Country Club standards

Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation across all dishes

Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies

Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed

Work collaboratively with chefs and team members during service

Assist with prep work, cleaning, and organization of the kitchen

Maintain a clean and professional work environment at all times

Follow recipes, portion controls, and plating standards
Qualifications:

Previous kitchen or line cook experience preferred

Strong work ethic and ability to perform in a high-volume environment

Passion for food, hospitality, and continuous improvement

Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills

Food safety knowledge (ServSafe certification is a plus)
