Entrada at Snow Canyon Country Club, located in St. George, UT, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Part-Time Greeter! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast‑paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you’ll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome each guest with a smile and friendly greeting and escort guests to their assigned table
- Control the flow of work in the room by seating guests in station rotation while maintaining guest lists and following and enforcing check issue procedures
- Assign opening and/or closing side duties; supervise side work and ensure completed lists of set ups of all stations before departure of service staff
- Maintain reservation book, answer incoming telephone calls, and note reservations and special requests by guests
- Remain knowledgeable of all menu items, prices and general service procedures
- Maintain standards of appearance and cleanliness in all service areas
- Remain visible on the dining room floor and be easily accessible to guests, staff and management
- Check all tables daily before service to ensure proper settings
- Assist with side work and/or assist service staff with bussing tables and taking cocktail orders
- Communicate guest requests and concerns to the department manager
- Incorporate safe work practices in job performance
Minimum Qualifications:
- No experience necessary; we will train
