The Food & Beverage Manager plays a key role in overseeing front-of-house operations, including dining service, bar operations, and member events. This individual will work closely with the Food & Beverage leadership team to ensure service standards are consistently executed at a high level while supporting staff development and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Provide a visible leadership presence on the floor during service to ensure an exceptional member and guest experience
- Support daily operations of dining outlets, bar service, and special events
- Assist in hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising service staff
- Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and professionalism
- Monitor inventory levels, ordering, and cost controls
- Collaborate with the culinary team on menu execution and service flow
- Assist in planning and executing member events and banquets
- Address member feedback and resolve concerns with professionalism and urgency
- Help manage labor and staffing levels based on business needs
- 1 year of Food & Beverage or hospitality leadership experience preferred
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
