Belfair POA is seeking a Food and Beverage Operations Manager to oversee and support the day-to-day operations of our Food and Beverage spaces, including the Clubhouse and Bistro. This role reports directly to the Clubhouse Manager and plays a key role in ensuring smooth operations, exceptional service, and memorable experiences for our members and guests.
The ideal candidate is hospitality-minded, highly organized, and leads by example. This position requires hands-on involvement during lunch and dinner services, strong administrative and operational capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with the entire Food and Beverage team to maintain high standards.

Oversee and assist with daily operations of the Clubhouse and Bistro, ensuring smooth service and consistent quality

Work closely with the Food and Beverage outlet managers to provide support during lunch and dinner service to maintain excellent member and guest experiences

Manage administrative functions, which may include scheduling, payroll, labor tracking, inventory, and departmental reporting

Monitor service standards, guest satisfaction, and overall operational performance

Collaborate with leadership to implement and maintain operational policies, procedures, and quality standards

Train, mentor, and motivate staff to promote teamwork, professionalism, and service excellence

Assist with inventory management, purchasing, and cost control to maximize operational efficiency and profitability

Address and resolve guest concerns in a professional and timely manner

Support special events and banquets as needed, ensuring alignment with club standards

Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the Food & Beverage team
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Food and Beverage management or a similar role
- Proven success managing multi-unit or multi-space operations in a high-end hospitality setting
- Hands-on experience with lunch and dinner service, staff supervision, and operational oversight
