- Take accurate food and beverage orders and deliver items efficiently.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle cash and credit transactions responsibly.
- Prepare and serve beverages in compliance with alcohol service laws and club policies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of cabanas, pool decks, service stations, and beverage carts.
- Monitor guest needs and proactively offer service.
- Restock supplies, ice, beverages, and condiments as needed.
- Ensure proper sanitation and food safety practices at all times.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen, bar, and management teams.
- Follow all safety, pool, and emergency procedures.
