Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in New York, NY, for a Development Director at POOL. The Development Director will be responsible for overseeing fundraising strategies, building relationships with donors, and organizing events to support the organization's mission. Daily responsibilities include managing grant applications, cultivating corporate sponsorships, and maintaining donor relations by providing regular updates on the organization's impact. This role will also involve leveraging community partnerships, managing budgets, and identifying opportunities for new revenue streams to expand POOL’s work.

- Proven experience in grant writing, donor relations, and corporate sponsorship development
- Strong skills in budget management, fundraising, and financial planning
