Building Maintenance

Schedule: 32-40/week (Full Time /Seasonal-Expected to last 6 months or less)

Compensation: $17.13-$19.50

Job Overview:

This role focuses on upkeep and repair of facilities such as on-course restrooms, clubhouses, restaurants, maintenance shops, cart barns, hotels and any other building located on the golf course.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facility Repairs: Perform minor electrical, plumbing, painting, and carpentry tasks, such as but not limited to; replacing light bulbs, unclogging toilets, and repairing signs or fences.
• Janitorial Support: Maintain cleanliness in work areas cleaning up after the task has been completed.
• Infrastructure Care: Repair and maintain on-course structures such as bathrooms, well house, and pump house.
• Work with all members of the building maintenance team.
  
  

Qualifications:

• A High School Diploma or GED is standard; specialized trade certifications are often preferred
• Physical Stamina: Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and spend long periods standing, walking, or bending.
• Continuous manual labor and mobility around the facility.
• Basic proficiency in multiple trades (plumbing, electrical, painting) is typically required.
• Self-starter

Requirements:

• This position often requires early mornings, weekends, and holidays to avoid disrupting play.
• Must be able to work in varied, often uncomfortable, weather conditions (heat, rain, cold and snow).
