Our agency is expanding and we are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. We are a local, full-service insurance agency dedicated to delivering excellent client service and fostering long-term professional growth. Prior insurance experience highly encouraged but not required. We are happy to train the right candidate who is eager to learn and build a career in the insurance industry. There is potential for career advancement, including the opportunity to become a licensed insurance broker.
Responsibilities
• Assist clients with policy questions and service needs
• Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and in-person support
• Collaborate with team members to support daily operations
• Learn and utilize insurance systems, products, and software
• Communicate professionally with clients, insurance carriers, and mortgage partners
• Support agency growth and client retention efforts
• Maintain organized records and assist with filing and general office management
• Participate in occasional networking events and agency initiatives
