This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in New York, NY. The Customer Service Representative will handle day-to-day tasks such as assisting customers with inquiries, providing exceptional customer support, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience. The role will also involve addressing customer service issues promptly and effectively to ensure sustained customer trust and loyalty.
