The Industrial Regional Sales Manager, North America is a sales position focused on expanding our Industrial business, forging powerful partnerships, and ensuring Trojan remains the go-to leader in industrial process water treatment and industrial wastewater treatment. With your deep expertise and drive, you will help industrial customers achieve greater efficiency and sustainability goals. Joining the Industrial team will give you a broad exposure to industrial water treatment, huge network of water professionals across the globe, which will allow you to grow within the department, company, or expand your career with Veralto Corporation.

How You Make an Impact
- Manages all sales activities within its territory, including managing existing channel partners and developing new channel partners to achieve sales objectives
- Updates sales database and opportunity weekly, prepares sales forecasts, and stays informed on key projects
- Promotes Trojan technologies products and services in the Industrial sector, participates in all business development activities, such as conferences, trade shows, and industry associations
- Analyzes and actively communicates information about its market, including competition, and market analysis
- Participates in sales meetings to provide recommendations and inputs on business strategies
- Builds, maintains, and establishes strong business relationships with influencers and customers on different levels, such as OEMs, consulting engineers, and general contractors
What Makes You Qualified?
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science is required
- 6-8 years of sales or channel management experience
- Industry knowledge specific to water treatment and applications
- High energy performer who operates as part of a team and whose enthusiasm inspires and motivates teams, peers, and customers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Computer skills includes Microsoft suite and working knowledge of Salesforce
- Problem-solving mentality with a can-do attitude
It would be a plus if you also have previous experience with:
- Working for a water treatment equipment manufacturer
- A channel partner supplying UV and other water treatment equipment for industrial markets
- A water treatment integrator in North America
