Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to internal teams, clients, and subcontractors
- Process newly awarded projects and maintain project documentation
- Manage CRM updates, task tracking, and project setup
- Coordinate project prequalification and compliance documentation
- Set up new customers and subcontractors, ensuring required forms are completed
- Collect CAD files and required documents to support engineering and project execution
- Prepare project deliverables including closeout packages, warranties, and drawings
- Coordinate subcontractor requests, quotes, and approvals
- Support department operations, vendor coordination, and purchasing documentation
- Serve as backup support for other administrative roles as needed
- 3 years in an administrative role
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- Punctuality and regular attendance
- Ability to make repetitive movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers, daily
- Ability to walk, bend, stoop, hear, and speak, daily
- Move/Transport items weighing 20 pounds, occasionally
- Stand or Sit for long periods (4 hours), daily
