Key Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Engage with stakeholders and end users to understand the current state, collect and document business needs and objectives. This involves conducting interviews, workshops, and surveys to ensure a comprehensive understanding of requirements.
- Data Analysis: Analyze existing business processes and data to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. This analysis helps in formulating actionable insights that drive decision-making.
- Solution Development: Propose and develop solutions that align with organizational goals. This includes creating functional specifications, process flow diagrams, and user manuals to support implementation.
- Facilitating Communication: Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of requirements and project updates. This role is crucial for bridging the gap between non-technical and technical teams.
- Project Management: With the team’s support, organize and manage resources to achieve the goals within the defined scope, plan, and budget; meeting the desired objectives and delivering value to stakeholders.
- Project Documentation: Developing comprehensive project documentation throughout the application / project lifecycle, including business requirements, functional requirements, technical specifications, interfaces and status reports is essential for ensuring alignment among all project participants.
- Testing and Validation: Involved in overseeing testing solutions to ensure they meet business requirements. They may also facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that the implemented solutions function as intended.
- Direct Support, Coaching and Training: Regarding the change network (Super Users, Key Users) guarantee that learning curves are well addressed.
- Assess Adoption and Proficiency of Changes Within the Organization: In compliance with the applications change management approach and methodology.
- Monitoring and Reporting: After implementation, monitor the performance of solutions and report on their effectiveness, adjusting as necessary to optimize outcomes.
- Exciting transformation role to work closely together with key business stakeholders to realize Trivium’s Transformation through the implementation and improvement of a set of Applications.
Education & Training / Skills:
- Degree in Business Management or Computer Science.
- Fluent in English (written / spoken)
- Communications skills knowing that the role will interact with end users, developers and applications vendors, business’ 3rd parties, and organizational leaders. This includes active listening, written communication, and verbal communication.
- Problem-Solving skills as the role must be an expert at identifying problems and developing successful solutions (analytical thinking and the ability to assess various options before making decisions).
- Critical Thinking: Ability to analyze information, evaluating data and processes, to make or recommend informed decisions or improvements.
- Adaptability: Flexibility and willingness to adapt strategies and solutions to a dynamic and evolving business environment.
- Technical experience: Solid understanding of technology applications and data analysis tools, and how they can be leveraged to improve business operations.
- 5 years in applications (ERP / MES / SPC / Scheduling).
- 5 years in manufacturing companies.
- 5 years Project Management.
- Microsoft Office tools.
- Familiarity with Project Management Software (MS Project, JIRA, Celoxis, Monday, etc.)
- Ability to communicate with all levels within the organization.
- Ability to influence decision-making.
- Ability to manage priorities and deliver on time.
