TriVita is seeking a detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant for a full-time hybrid role based in Scottsdale, AZ, with some work-from-home flexibility. This role involves comprehensive administrative support to executives, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing presentations, and maintaining records. The Executive Administrative Assistant will also handle communication on behalf of executives, assist with travel arrangements, and provide support for special projects, ensuring organizational efficiency and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills, including scheduling, calendar management, and attention to detail
- Proficiency in office software applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including drafting correspondence and preparing reports
- Experience in managing confidential information and exercising discretion in all communications
- Ability to handle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders professionally
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
