We are a Northern Virginia based remodeling company that is expanding. We like to say, "We do cool projects for cool people." Our projects are larger in scale and typically take a few months to a year to produce. We have a tight-knit team that enjoys working together so for this next position, we really need to find the right fit. 

 

JOB DESCRIPTION 


Sales and Marketing Activities

 

  • Learn about TriVistaUSA’s Design and Build processes to help inform sales process and successes
  • Field sales leads and process information
  • Schedule and conduct inquiry calls with leads
  • Enter project scope information into CRM following initial inquiry call
  • Qualify leads using Sandler sales methodology
  • Schedule and conduct house visits with qualified prospective clients
  • Continuously follow up with prospective clients via text, email and calls
  • Cultivate relationships by building rapport and establishing trust with prospective clients
  • Listen and learn about potential customers’ needs (pain) and identify whether TriVistaUSA is the right fit for their potential project
  • Write Schematic Design Agreements (SDA) for prospective clients tailored to specific needs and interest of their project scope
  • Keep new business information up to date on a weekly basis, determine go, no go leads within 30 days
  • Keep Director of Sales / Company Owners up to date on all new business information
  • Work with marketing team to collect and analyze data on TriVistaUSA’s target demographic to help with marketing efforts
  • Track and analyze sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics
  • Adjust sales approach based on success rates and ongoing training
  • Identify emerging markets to find new sales opportunities
  • Meet monthly with the Marketing team to provide input on activities, materials and events as needed. 
  • Help plan and execute several marketing and sales events throughout the year


Client Management 

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients
  • Work with Design and Build team leaders to determine current and future bandwidth and adjustments in process
  • Lead client team introductions and liaise between client and design team throughout SDA process and into signed Design Build Agreement (DBA)
  • Attend and participate in client site assessments and act on follow up items
  • Attend and provide feedback on SDA design review
  • Attend and provide feedback on SDA budget review
  • Conduct check in calls with clients during SDA process and lead any necessary follow up
  • Prepare and participate in client presentations
  • Conduct follow up with project architect and other design team members
  • NOTE: when the above activities and skills are consistently performed by the Project Developer (PD), the role will expand to include guiding clients into a signed construction contract.
