This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounts Receivable (AR) Coordinator based in Pompano Beach, FL. The AR Coordinator will be responsible for managing and processing invoices, handling financial transactions, and assisting with accounting functions. Daily tasks include ensuring the accuracy of financial data, performing account reconciliations, and providing support with customer inquiries related to billing. The role also includes collaborating with other team members to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of AR operations.
- Strong analytical skills to monitor and manage AR operations effectively
- Experience in invoicing and familiarity with accounting principles
- Knowledge and experience in finance and accounting processes
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external customers
