Field Construction Supervisor Job (Traveling)Peak Event Services is hiring a Field Construction Supervisor for the Tent Operations team as a full-time job based in Woburn, MA with required travel throughout New England.As a Field Construction Supervisor, you will oversee the installation and removal of tent projects while leading crews on active job sites. This role is responsible for supervising field operations, ensuring safety and quality standards, maintaining accurate project documentation, and supporting department goals through strong leadership and execution.Peak Event Services is a leading provider of tent and temporary structure solutions, supporting a wide range of projects and events across New England. The Field Construction Supervisor reports directly to the Director of Tent Operations and works closely with team members across the Tent Department to ensure successful project delivery and high-quality jobsite performance.Key Responsibilities:Supervise all crew members on job sites during tent installations and removalsEnsure safe, accurate, and timely installation and removal of all company equipmentReview project paperwork, loads, and materials prior to jobsite departureMaintain accurate project documentation and communicate jobsite updates to managementInspect fabric, tools, vehicles, and equipment; document and report damage or issuesCreate a positive, professional jobsite environment and hold crews accountable for proper equipment useJob Qualifications:Previous tent installation experience preferred but not requiredStrong leadership, communication, and team motivation skillsAbility to multitask and manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environmentsAvailability to work non-traditional hours, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidaysProfessional appearance and behavior requiredAbility to pass a drug test when operating company vehiclesConstruction background preferred but not requiredThis Field Construction Supervisor role requires a hands-on leader who can motivate crews, manage jobsite operations, and uphold safety and quality standards.
