Job Overview
Trivera Realty is seeking a motivated, personable, and relationship-focused Real Estate Recruiter to help grow our brokerage by identifying, connecting with, and recruiting talented real estate professionals throughout the Lincoln and Omaha areas.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, meeting new people, building relationships, and helping others see the opportunities available to them at Trivera Realty.
The recruiter will regularly meet with prospective agents in person, making travel between Lincoln and Omaha a key part of the position. The ideal candidate is comfortable being out in the community, attending events, meeting agents at their preferred location, and developing relationships face-to-face.
The Real Estate Recruiter will earn a recruiting bonus for each agent they successfully bring on with Trivera Realty, creating an opportunity to earn additional income based on recruiting results.
Pay: $4,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
