What You’ll Own
You will be responsible for end-to-end product ownership across:
- 🎲 ~10 RNG games in parallel, from concept through live operations
- ⚙️ Internal RGS (Remote Gaming Server) capabilities
- 🛠 Game development tools & pipelines used by internal teams
- In-house engineering teams
- External game design & art agencies
- Game mathematicians
What You’ll Do Day-to-Day
- Own product backlogs across multiple game tracks and platforms
- Design and enforce clear, scalable product processes for multi-game development
- Create and maintain robust tracking systems (assets, dependencies, risks, release plans)
- Translate games into executable project requirements for engineers, designers, and partners
- Communicate status to leadership, providing visibility to progress and escalating blockers
- Coordinate timelines and deliverables across internal teams and external vendors
- Ensure games meet quality, compliance, and performance standards before release
- Support live operations post-launch (iteration, fixes, enhancements)
- Contribute tasteful product and design input on game UX, art direction, and overall player experience (secondary, but valued)
Must-haves
- 3-7 years of experience in Product Owner, Product Manager, or Program Ownership roles
- Proven experience managing multiple complex projects in parallel
- Strong process mindset—you enjoy building systems that scale
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and reliable under pressure
- Excellent communicator across leadership, technical, and non-technical teams
- Experience in casino game development (RNG, live casino, or platforms)
- Background in mobile games, casual games, or mini-games
- Familiarity working with game mathematicians and external studios
- Understanding of live-ops, post-launch iteration, and content pipelines
- A good eye for game UX, visuals, and aesthetics (not a designer, but opinionated)
- Real ownership: You’re not a feature PM - you own multiple parallel game development streams
- Visible impact: Games you ship go live fast, with real players and revenue
- Complex, interesting problems: Tech, design, math, ops—all intersect here
